Elaboração, planeamento, gestão e otimização de campanhas Paid Media em Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) e Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) -Definição de estratégias orientadas para performance (ROAS, CPA, conversão, crescimento sustentável) - Monitorização contínua de resultados, testes A/B e otimização de campanhas - Criação, gestão e otimização de campanhas de Email Marketing, preferencialmente em Mailchimp - Análise de dados e performance através de Google Analytics -Elaboração de relatórios de performance e recomendações acionáveis - Colaboração próxima com as equipas de e-commerce e marketing, conteúdos e design para maximizar resultados Requisitos Experiência comprovada em Performance Marketing, com um mínimo de 3 anos de experiência - Experiência sólida na gestão de campanhas Paid Ads em Google e Meta - Experiência prática em Email Marketing, preferencialmente Mailchimp - Experiência com Google Analytics (GA4) e experiência em contextos de e-commerce (preferencial)
